In recent years, we saw a remarkable growth in the construction sector, particularly in the area of building industries and infra structure development. As a result, it has lead to greater and wider application of proprietary formwork in high rise building construction.

A well planned building project incorporating the ideas of using formwork system during its design stage, can achieved not only saving in overall construction cost, but also considerable saving in construction time. With the increasing complexity and higher building height requirements, as well as limited time frame available and skill labour shortage, such tough conditions can only be met with system formwork.

HIFORM system formwork comes in standard panel of 2440mm,1220mm, 800mm, 500mm and corner 500mm x 500mm. Each panel consisting of vertical c-lipped channel or rectangular hollow sections and horizontal twin c-channel waler. The standard panel element are joint together by shutter connecter. Tie rods and wingnuts are use to resist the lateral concrete pressure while the push pull props are use to adjust the verticality and alignment of the formwork.

For liftcore wall construction, external wallforms are equipped with climbing brackets and internal wallforms are provided with internal platform beams.
